Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bindar FC's Hany Abu Mosallam started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Zamalek SC's Ezz Khalil in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bindar FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Hany Abu Mosallam took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alaa Yasser to make any attempt to save it. In the 20th minute Ezz Khalil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mostafa Nagy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bindar FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Abdel Monsef Aemara hit a great ball. Ezz Khalil, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nizar Fahed charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nizar Fahed the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Bindar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nizar Fahed to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Bindar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shaker Hamdy came free, but Mostafa Nagy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hany Abu Mosallams short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Alaa Yasser to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Hany Abu Mosallam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Ezz Khalil made a precise shot to the right of Mostafa Nagy. Bindar FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Hany Abu Mosallam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hany Abu Mosallam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shaker Hamdy made a kick off. In the 50th minute Hany Abu Mosallam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaa Yasser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 52 played minutes Zamalek SC got a freekick which was hit by Shaker Hamdy. Hany Abu Mosallam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alaa Yasser read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Zamalek SC's Alaa Yasser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hany Abu Mosallam in the 57th minute of play. Bindar FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Shaker Hamdy 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hany Abu Mosallam in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alaa Yasser prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Zamalek SC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gameel Abdel Masoud hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, one of Zamalek SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zamalek SC. The referee gave Bindar FC a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Karam Emad, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Zamalek SC's Alaa Yasser. 2-3. Bindar FC's Mostafa Nagy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaker Hamdy in the 77th minute of play. Mostafa Nagy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ezz Khalil went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Chants of Zamalek SC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bindar FC had held the ball for most of the match.
