Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gamal Refaat took the kick off in the first half of the match. Galal Nizar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Aino Tawfeek made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belal Ramzy in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aino Tawfeek saved Power Corruption and Lies from getting behind. 15 minutes into the game, Nader Mortada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Qalaha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Power Corruption and Lies the free kick. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Qalaha! Aaser Fahmy had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Gamal Refaat's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Gamal Refaat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaser Fahmy. Qalaha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gamal Refaat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Galal Nizar in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aino Tawfeek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 26 minutes of play, Qalaha's Belal Ramzy made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aino Tawfeek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Galal Nizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aino Tawfeek having to interfere. Nasir Waheed's late challenge caught a Power Corruption and Lies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nasir Waheed helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Power Corruption and Lies's goalkeeper Aino Tawfeek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Belal Ramzy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aino Tawfeek was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Aino Tawfeek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Galal Nizar in the 48th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Galal Nizar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Belal Ramzy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galal Nizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aino Tawfeek having to interfere. Qasem Kamel's late challenge caught a Qalaha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qasem Kamel helped the player get up and apologised. Qasem Kamel kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Belal Ramzy in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aino Tawfeek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gamal Refaat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaser Fahmy having to interfere. Gamal Refaat charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gamal Refaat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gamal Refaat hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Nabil Sameeh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Galal Nizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Qalaha's supporters rose to their feet, but Galal Nizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aino Tawfeek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Belal Ramzy scored 2-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aino Tawfeek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aino Tawfeek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Galal Nizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The supporters of Power Corruption and Lies booed when Qalaha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Islam Gameel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belal Ramzy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belal Ramzy in the 92nd minute of play forced Power Corruption and Lies's goalkeeper Aino Tawfeek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Qalaha's goal looked a bit too open when Deyab Refaat came free, but Aaser Fahmy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
