The JK jookylla fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when JK jookylla's Argo Ibrahimović looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Peeter Kuld fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Gillingham's protests and gave Peeter Kuld a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, FC Gillingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peeter Kuld to maneuver through the defense. Gustaw Kensicki kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Kaijo Raudjärv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerd Kaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of JK jookylla booed when FC Gillingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Imre Raal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lembit Lant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Argo Ibrahimović's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, FC Gillingham's goal looked a bit too open when Argo Ibrahimović came free, but Lembit Lant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Gillingham getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Taavi Kallas hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Argo Ibrahimović sped through FC Gillingham's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lembit Lant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argo Ibrahimović in the 40th minute of play forced FC Gillingham's goalkeeper Lembit Lant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Argo Ibrahimović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lembit Lant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.

Juss Vollmer kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to JK jookylla getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eino Õnnis hit a great ball. Kaijo Raudjärv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juss Vollmer in the 61st minute of the match. Taavi Kallas's late challenge caught a JK jookylla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taavi Kallas helped the player get up and apologised. If Juss Vollmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Argo Ibrahimović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lembit Lant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Argo Ibrahimović in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lembit Lant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lembit Lant came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by JK jookylla's Gustaw Kensicki. But to his dismay, Gustaw Kensicki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Taavi Kallas got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of JK jookylla booed when FC Gillingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taavi Kallas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvin Ruusamäe hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the match was over JK jookylla could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Gillingham throughout the match.
