The crowd rose to their feet as Uku Uibo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Helari Laanjärv. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Marti Reisalu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mynsi FS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marti Reisalu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Ahja's Henrik Pahasoo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Helari Laanjärv. That made the score 3-0 after 22 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Mynsi FS's Kalmer Kamla got a free kick in the 26th minute. Kristjan Kosemaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Roland Täll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrik Pahasoo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Helari Laanjärv made a huge save. After having played for 31 minutes, Ilmar Lõhmus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mynsi FS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilmar Lõhmus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ilmar Lõhmus came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Mynsi FS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilmar Lõhmus couldn't finish the play. If Ilmar Lõhmus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristjan Kosemaa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Täll read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Helari Laanjärv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Pahasoo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ilmar Lõhmus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The excitement rose when FC Ahja's Henrik Pahasoo after 55 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Mynsi FS's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 4-0. The FC Ahja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Roland Täll was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Ahja's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
