Jaanek Rannik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Rääbised booed when JK Kalamaja Tormajad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Priidik Annama didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Alo Veider sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valdur Raha skillfully saved the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Jaanek Rannik notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of JK Kalamaja Tormajad's Valdur Raha. Valdur Raha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, JK Kalamaja Tormajad's Marek Liivamägi got a free kick in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Alo Veider was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Rääbised's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JK Kalamaja Tormajad the free kick. Alo Veider hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Bruno Vene came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the FC Rääbised fans jumped to their feet. After having played for 37 minutes, Jaanek Rannik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Rääbised's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaanek Rannik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The attack was good, but when Jaanek Rannik in the 39th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Bruno Vene's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdur Raha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lembit Pervik during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Lembit Pervik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jüri Uhtlik made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in JK Kalamaja Tormajad's zone, Jaanek Rannik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdur Raha came out of the goal and Jaanek Rannik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaanek Rannik struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Valdur Raha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rääbised. In the 64th minute Jüri Uhtlik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ainar Ruusamäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ainar Ruusamäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jüri Uhtlik in the 71st minute of play. Jüri Uhtlik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Aivar Karju cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ainar Ruusamäe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jüri Uhtlik in the 86th minute of play forced FC Rääbised's goalkeeper Ainar Ruusamäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jüri Uhtlik in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ainar Ruusamäe saved FC Rääbised from getting behind. Valdur Raha made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Bruno Vene sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, JK Kalamaja Tormajad's goalkeeper Valdur Raha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Vene.
