The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raido Ruul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Neeme Tihkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 6 minutes, Julius Harand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Juss's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julius Harand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Julius Harand made a precise shot to the right of Neeme Tihkan. Elementary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Uku Varju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neeme Tihkan having to interfere. Uku Varju received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Neeme Tihkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Elementary's goal looked a bit too open when Raido Ruul came free, but Neeme Tihkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Priidik Roosipuu's late challenge caught a FC Juss's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Priidik Roosipuu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Elementary getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Olavi Vanamees hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Kalmer Ereb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raido Ruul took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Neeme Tihkan. Neeme Tihkan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to FC Juss getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Taavi Kerm hit a great ball. Timo Mäe hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Kalmer Ereb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Neeme Tihkan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 37 minutes into the match, FC Juss's Uku Varju sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Neeme Tihkan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julius Harand in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Neeme Tihkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, FC Juss's goal looked a bit too open when Vallo Saluste came free, but Joonas Lippus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uku Varju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neeme Tihkan having to interfere. Neeme Tihkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raido Ruul, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Raido Ruul struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Neeme Tihkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Juss. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raido Ruul to make the kick off. FC Juss's Raido Ruul managed to work through Elementary's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Raido Ruul dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 55 played minutes Elementary got a freekick which was hit by Uuno Nurk. After a rather tough play, Elementary's Vallo Saluste got a free kick in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Uku Varju managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Juss's supporters rose to their feet, but Uku Varju was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neeme Tihkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julius Harand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uku Varju could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Neeme Tihkan made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in FC Juss's zone, Vallo Saluste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joonas Lippus came out of the goal and Vallo Saluste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalmer Ereb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Elementary's zone, Julius Harand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neeme Tihkan came out of the goal and Julius Harand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Kalmer Ereb's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Neeme Tihkan was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Elementary's Neeme Tihkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalmer Ereb in the 77th minute of play. Neeme Tihkan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uku Varju in the 80th minute. Raido Ruul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raido Ruul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Juss booed when Elementary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Kurg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Uku Varju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
