The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Luis Chilavert showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Kõpu Dynamo's goal looked a bit too open when Heiko Uss came free, but Gilbert Klimkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Type O Negative fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Type O Negative's Black Death looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gilbert Klimkiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sander Vilbaste in the 15th minute. A collision led to Type O Negative getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Heino Kivaste hit a great ball. Gustav Klausen struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. José Luis Chilavert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kõpu Dynamo. Sander Vilbaste kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Gustav Klausen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Type O Negative's José Luis Chilavert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Type O Negative's José Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Haupt in the 30th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Robert Haupt heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Gilbert Klimkiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sander Vilbaste in the 34th minute. Sander Vilbaste kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Robert Haupt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Black Death in the 43rd minute of play forced Kõpu Dynamo's goalkeeper Gilbert Klimkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mati Elujõe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Luis Chilavert having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Kõpu Dynamo's goalkeeper Gilbert Klimkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Black Death. Gilbert Klimkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Black Death, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

José Luis Chilavert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Haupt in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Mati Elujõe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Luis Chilavert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 played minutes Kõpu Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Robert Haupt. Arvi Muuga hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Carter Durbridge's late challenge caught a Type O Negative's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee ignored Type O Negative's protests and gave Paul Aas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Robert Haupt made a precise shot to the right of José Luis Chilavert. Type O Negative's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Sander Vilbaste took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilbert Klimkiewicz. Gilbert Klimkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristofer Intel in the 89th minute of play forced Kõpu Dynamo's goalkeeper Gilbert Klimkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Robert Haupt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Margus Jaanovits kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvi Muuga in the 96th minute of play forced Kõpu Dynamo's goalkeeper Gilbert Klimkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Type O Negative had won after a very even match.
