Robert Leinatamm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Robert Leinatamm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Võru FC Helios made a substitution. Aigar Mardipoeg replaced Argo Veskimägi. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Lennart Konrad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Priit Emane. Võru FC Helios's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aigar Mardipoeg couldn't finish the play. JK EIDED's Martin Laenaja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save JK EIDED from getting a goal against them. Robert Leinatamm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Laenaja having to interfere. Priit Emane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaanus Vallik, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When JK EIDED's Olavi Talts in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The attack was good, but when Aigar Mardipoeg in the 76th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Martin Laenaja stood somewhat misplaced when Robert Leinatamm came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 78 minute. In the 82nd match minute, Võru FC Helios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hardo Luiga to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Võru FC Helios's goal looked a bit too open when Olavi Talts came free, but Priit Emane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Priit Emane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olavi Talts, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Võru FC Helios's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
