After a rather tough play, FC Dundee's Ergo Are got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Ain Averin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Härmo Redi went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th minute Edvard Kupits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ain Averin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ain Averin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaur Vaasna, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Kaido Jaas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JK Koljala's Charlie Browald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 14 played minutes FC Dundee got a freekick which was hit by Arvo Kena. Ain Averin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaur Vaasna, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The corner led to FC Dundee's Kaido Jaas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Arvo Kena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Browald having to interfere. Ain Averin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Härmo Redi in the 25th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Dundee's Kaido Jaas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Charlie Browald. That made the score 1-1 after 26 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaido Jaas in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charlie Browald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, JK Koljala's Jaanus Lokko got a free kick in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the game, JK Koljala's Härmo Redi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ain Averin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Jaanus Lokko scored 1-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ain Averin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kaido Jaas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Charlie Browald skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kaido Jaas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charlie Browald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaido Jaas, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 47 played minutes JK Koljala got a freekick which was hit by Sepo Aal. FC Dundee made a substitution. Edvin Hargi replaced Kaido Jaas. After the first half JK Koljala were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arno Luuk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arno Luuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charlie Browald read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Arno Luuk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Charlie Browald was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Charlie Browald came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dundee's Arno Luuk. But to his dismay, Arno Luuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Charlie Browald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arno Luuk in the 65th minute of the match. Ain Averin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Härmo Redi went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Ain Averin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Härmo Redi in the 70th minute of play. When Arno Luuk came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the FC Dundee fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arno Luuk couldn't finish the play. When Kalju Viilup fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JK Koljala's protests and gave Kalju Viilup a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to JK Koljala getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Kalju Viilup hit a great ball. Arno Luuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Browald having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, FC Dundee's Arno Luuk made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charlie Browald was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the game, FC Dundee's Arno Luuk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charlie Browald came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dundee's Arno Luuk. But to his dismay, Arno Luuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-4. A collision led to JK Koljala getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Pearu Rebane hit a great ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Arvo Kena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Dundee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvo Kena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94thth minute of the game Arno Luuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JK Koljala's Charlie Browald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Dundee's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
