After having played for 11 minutes, Oileus Papadakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vladislav Sokolenko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oileus Papadakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Vladislav Sokolenko booed when Piramá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iolaos Economides didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Thorikos Houlis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leukippos Zahakis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Piramá's goalkeeper Charalambos Latousakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Skhoineus Galanopoulos. After 26 played minutes Vladislav Sokolenko got a freekick which was hit by Oileus Papadakos. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omiros Kountouroudas during the 31st minute. Skhoineus Galanopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charalambos Latousakis having to interfere. Skhoineus Galanopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Charalambos Latousakis made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Oileus Papadakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vladislav Sokolenko's supporters rose to their feet, but Oileus Papadakos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charalambos Latousakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oileus Papadakos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Skhoineus Galanopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Vladislav Sokolenko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Skhoineus Galanopoulos couldn't finish the play. Vladislav Sokolenko's Tantalos Milionis got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kephalos Christakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Kephalos Christakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leukippos Zahakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Skhoineus Galanopoulos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Piramá's Charalambos Latousakis. Charalambos Latousakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Piramá's zone, Oileus Papadakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charalambos Latousakis came out of the goal and Oileus Papadakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Peneios Dimakakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Skhoineus Galanopoulos in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charalambos Latousakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute Oileus Papadakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charalambos Latousakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skhoineus Galanopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charalambos Latousakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Skhoineus Galanopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. Peneios Dimakakos got in the 68th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Charalambos Latousakis handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Piramá! The referee gave Vladislav Sokolenko a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kolonos Despines, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Piramá's Charalambos Latousakis. 2-1.
