The Mr.Freddo fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Mr.Freddo's Luca Toni looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Argiris Kalakos got free with Mustafa Emre Karadeniz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the game, Alkmaion Georgousopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ 261's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mr.Freddo the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Toni in the 47th minute of play forced ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ 261's goalkeeper Hektor Danas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The Mr.Freddo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
