Empire of Soccer's Natalio Blanco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 于永风 hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the game, Ladislao Harriet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sakis Kaladosis. Ladislao Harriet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Ladislao Harriet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakis Kaladosis. Aek athens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Harriet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ladislao Harriet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sakis Kaladosis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when 于永风 came free, but Uriel Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uriel Malvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epeios Solomos in the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Epeios Solomos came free, but Uriel Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Ladislao Harriet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sakis Kaladosis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Aek athens's Sakis Kaladosis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Sandberg in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Iphiklos Bentihavas came free, but Uriel Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sakis Kaladosis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Blanco in the 32nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Harriet got free with Sakis Kaladosis in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 minutes Aek athens's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gerson Cruzado who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Teukros Diplarakos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sakis Kaladosis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 42nd minute Timmy Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Kaladosis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uriel Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynardo Lloredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Ladislao Harriet came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Empire of Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Harriet couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ladislao Harriet made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerson Cruzado in the 52nd minute of play forced Aek athens's goalkeeper Sakis Kaladosis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Aek athens getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Akheloos Phocas hit a great ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Gerson Cruzado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Empire of Soccer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerson Cruzado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Empire of Soccer's Natalio Blanco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fabián Cannavaro in the 61 minute of the game. If Ladislao Harriet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sakis Kaladosis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Harriet in the 62nd minute of the match. Sakis Kaladosis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Harriet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aek athens made a substitution. Aglauros Passas replaced Dimos Dimitriou. Empire of Soccer's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gerson Cruzado in the 68th minute. Empire of Soccer's Xanthos Fikias was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sakis Kaladosis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 70 minutes into the match, Aek athens's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Harriet came free, but Sakis Kaladosis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Harriet in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sakis Kaladosis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute of the match Empire of Soccer got a corner. Aek athens's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerson Cruzado ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sakis Kaladosis came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Empire of Soccer's Wit Beton. But to his dismay, Wit Beton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 77th minute Iphiklos Bentihavas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ladislao Harriet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 于永风's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uriel Malvin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aek athens players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Empire of Soccer.
