Ercan Kutlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şansal Hancı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikail Algın in the 22nd minute of play forced CeRRaHPaŞa's goalkeeper Ercan Kutlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of CeRRaHPaŞa booed when Hisarönü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hikmet Midilli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hisarönü's zone, Cevat Polatkılıç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Hafiz Ulumeriç came out of the goal and Cevat Polatkılıç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Ahmet Turan Oyum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CeRRaHPaŞa's Ercan Kutlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şansal Hancı in the 95th minute of play. Şansal Hancı did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Ercan Kutlan 95 minutes into the match. In the 98th match minute, CeRRaHPaŞa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gencal Berkman to maneuver through the defense. Hisarönü's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
