Sokrates's attack was well implemented in the 30th minute, but when Aybars Türkol was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 32nd minute Abdurrezzak Vefalı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murat Güngör saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Göle's goalkeeper Selmi Salim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Selmi Salim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Demiroğlu made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aybars Türkol in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Selmi Salim saved Göle from getting behind. Hafız Mümin kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Göle's Selmi Salim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aybars Türkol in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Göle booed when Sokrates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ünsal Talayhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Recep Talha Akaydın was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Selmi Salim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aybars Türkol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Aybars Türkol came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Sokrates fans jumped to their feet. Aybars Türkol charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aybars Türkol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, Sokrates was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybars Türkol to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybars Türkol in the 90th minute of play forced Göle's goalkeeper Selmi Salim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 96th minute of the match Batu Boyraz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Batu Boyraz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Batu Boyraz hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 99th minute Sokrates were awarded a corner. Hasan Can Yanaç went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Sokrates's corner Hasan Can Yanaç fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Selmi Salim quite easily take care of the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
