In the 4th minute Müfit Suavi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Kandira getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Yusuf Bahadır Cangun hit a great ball. Bjørnar Norderhaug's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Köksal Kutlutekin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 18th minute, Arif Burak Ahsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Güngör Camcı shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Köksal Kutlutekin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Péter Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Müfit Suavi, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Müfit Suavi in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Péter Čech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Köksal Kutlutekin stood somewhat misplaced when Herman Strand came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. In the 33rd minute Atabey Cenap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Péter Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Bozcaada's goal looked a bit too open when Atabey Cenap came free, but Péter Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute of the match Boran Arıhan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Péter Čech showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Bjørnar Norderhaug came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Bozcaada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bjørnar Norderhaug couldn't finish the play. After 45 played minutes Kandira got a freekick which was hit by Nihat Olcaytug. Kandira's Köksal Kutlutekin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Kandira from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bjørnar Norderhaug to make the kick off. Güngör Camcı hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Atabey Cenap managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kandira's supporters rose to their feet, but Atabey Cenap was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Péter Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özmen Özveren during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Herman Strand struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Köksal Kutlutekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bozcaada. Köksal Kutlutekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bjørnar Norderhaug's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After 74 minutes, Müfit Suavi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kandira and the Bozcaada players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Müfit Suavi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kandira's Köksal Kutlutekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bjørnar Norderhaug in the 79th minute of play. Bjørnar Norderhaug's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Köksal Kutlutekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Kandira's Müfit Suavi in the 87th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Péter Čech was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bozcaada through an amazing save. Köksal Kutlutekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Strand in the 90th minute of the match. When Bozcaada's Herman Strand in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kandira's goalie prevented a goal. Bozcaada's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
