The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferman Sabancı in the 5th minute of play forced Hacilar SK's goalkeeper Çelebi Gündeş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faruk Nafiz Ünlüsoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yenal Ersezer in the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of Hacilar SK booed when HukukSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muhsin Gündoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yenal Ersezer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Faruk Nafiz Ünlüsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruhi Serimer was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Hacilar SK's Çelebi Gündeş got control of the ball when Muhsin Gündoğan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Refik Yertan's late challenge caught a HukukSpor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Refik Yertan helped the player get up and apologised. If Ferman Sabancı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
