Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Altan Tublek kicked off to start the match. Altan Tublek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Kasım Aksel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mücahitler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ünsal Üner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökmen Yalazay in the 13th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sungurhan Harmandalı during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 14 played minutes FenerBahçe got a freekick which was hit by Sungurhan Harmandalı. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FenerBahçe! In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Mücahitler. Mehmet Hakkı Hacılar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ünsal Üner. 2-0. When Alphan Semavi came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Mücahitler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alphan Semavi couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the game, Gökmen Yalazay recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ünsal Üner. Gökmen Yalazay showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Ünsal Üner made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Kasım Aksel sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gökmen Yalazay made a kick off. After 58 played minutes FenerBahçe got a freekick which was hit by Erhan Davarcı. In the 59th minute Kasım Aksel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal Üner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Mehmet Ediz Uğuralp managed to get in a good position for a shot. FenerBahçe's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Ediz Uğuralp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erman Kayacan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kasım Aksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Ediz Uğuralp succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 69th playminute. Kasım Aksel charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kasım Aksel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FenerBahçe's Ünsal Üner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasım Aksel in the 78th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gökmen Yalazay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ünsal Üner was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Kasım Aksel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute Kasım Aksel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünsal Üner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, Mücahitler's Gökmen Yalazay made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ünsal Üner was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Ediz Uğuralp got free with Erman Kayacan in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Engin Baykutay kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Ünsal Üner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kasım Aksel, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. FenerBahçe's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
