Spectators: 7385 (Terracing: 5540, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nuratay Suerdem started the match with the kick off. Özgün Karasu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cüneyt Fırıncıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuratay Suerdem in the 8th minute of play forced Körfez JK's goalkeeper Özgün Karasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olcay Gazel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azmi Öktuna in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, Thought Rules was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cüneyt Fırıncıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Arif Burak Sabahaddin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olcay Gazel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Olcay Gazel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azmi Öktuna in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Thought Rules got a freekick which was hit by Cüneyt Fırıncıoğlu. Cavit Mücahit charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cavit Mücahit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Thought Rules getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cavit Mücahit hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuratay Suerdem in the 21st minute of play forced Körfez JK's goalkeeper Özgün Karasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Hakkı Öztaş charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Hakkı Öztaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Körfez JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hakkı Öztaş to maneuver through the defense. Özgün Karasu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cüneyt Fırıncıoğlu in the 29th minute of play. Özgün Karasu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Orhan Ushan in the 31st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cüneyt Fırıncıoğlu got free with Özgün Karasu in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute, Cüneyt Fırıncıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Thought Rules's goal looked a bit too open when Azmi Öktuna came free, but Olcay Gazel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olcay Gazel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Azmi Öktuna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Azmi Öktuna made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mustafa Orhan Ushan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thought Rules fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Orhan Ushan in the 58th minute of play forced Körfez JK's goalkeeper Özgün Karasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Cavit Mücahit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olcay Gazel came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Körfez JK's Seyhan Oylum. But to his dismay, Seyhan Oylum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 79 played minutes Körfez JK got a freekick which was hit by Hilmi Atlıhan. In the 80th minute, Nuratay Suerdem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Tuna Onguner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thought Rules's supporters rose to their feet, but Tuna Onguner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özgün Karasu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Azmi Öktuna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olcay Gazel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Orhan Ushan struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Özgün Karasu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thought Rules. When the referee ended the match the Thought Rules players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
