Aşkın Saim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Ali Güralp Canver made a huge save. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind DREAM TEAM Z FC's goalkeeper Tayfur Otaran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22ndth minute of the game Kamer Akdurmuş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DREAM TEAM Z FC's Tayfur Otaran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kamer Akdurmuş in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tayfur Otaran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Şentürk Demirağ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray's supporters rose to their feet, but Şentürk Demirağ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tayfur Otaran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Şentürk Demirağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in DREAM TEAM Z FC's zone, Kamer Akdurmuş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tayfur Otaran came out of the goal and Kamer Akdurmuş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ali Orhan Tekiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afşar Akartürk during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afşar Akartürk kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ali Güralp Canver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Orhan Tekiner in the 60th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şentürk Demirağ got free with Tayfur Otaran in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Ali Orhan Tekiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Güralp Canver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Galatasaray's Kamer Akdurmuş got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. DREAM TEAM Z FC's Tayfur Otaran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save DREAM TEAM Z FC from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's Şentürk Demirağ sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tayfur Otaran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kamer Akdurmuş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayfur Otaran having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Tibet Uz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DREAM TEAM Z FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tibet Uz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tayfur Otaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamer Akdurmuş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aşkın Saim hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Galatasaray supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Galatasaray would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
