That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. If Asım Arif Kongar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emrah Hazarbeyoğlu hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The long shot by Battal Gazi Refettin in the 19th minute really tested Ahmet Korkut Okboğa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 20th minute Asım Arif Kongar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sait Altuncuoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. NiKOMEDiA FC's Sait Altuncuoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyüp Hikmet in the 25th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Eyüp Hikmet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karataş Spor Klubü's supporters rose to their feet, but Eyüp Hikmet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sait Altuncuoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Eyüp Hikmet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sait Altuncuoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to NiKOMEDiA FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mirza Yavuz hit a great ball. The supporters of Karataş Spor Klubü booed when NiKOMEDiA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürol Mukbil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Ahmet Korkut Okboğa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ömer Rıza Sabri in the 43rd minute of play forced Karataş Spor Klubü's goalkeeper Ahmet Korkut Okboğa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Karataş Spor Klubü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilgaz Tanay to maneuver through the defense. NiKOMEDiA FC's Battal Gazi Refettin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ahmet Korkut Okboğa but with some difficulty. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ömer Rıza Sabri made a kick off. Zekai Cebel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 54th play minutes Ömer Rıza Sabri shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Ahmet Korkut Okboğa and just under the crossbar into goal. Okanay Bürgehan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sait Altuncuoğlu having to interfere. Karataş Spor Klubü's Ahmet Korkut Okboğa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer Rıza Sabri in the 59th minute of play. Battal Gazi Refettin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Korkut Okboğa. Karataş Spor Klubü's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eyüp Hikmet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sait Altuncuoğlu having to interfere. Ahmet Korkut Okboğa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ömer Rıza Sabri, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Zekai Cebel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alpay Keskinel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sait Altuncuoğlu having to interfere. Gökçek Gümüş hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Asım Arif Kongar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Sait Altuncuoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asım Arif Kongar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Sait Altuncuoğlu made a huge save. Zekai Cebel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sait Altuncuoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Korkut Okboğa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ömer Rıza Sabri in the 95th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilgaz Tanay during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ilgaz Tanay hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
