Manavgat's Türker Tuğsavaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sufi Refah in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tanju Demirci's late challenge caught a Cide SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tanju Demirci helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Türker Tuğsavaş managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Cide SK's Sufi Refah fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Gencer Karataş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Mehmet Emre Hür managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cide SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Emre Hür was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sufi Refah got free with Türker Tuğsavaş in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gazi Dede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gencer Karataş went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sufi Refah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Türker Tuğsavaş made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Sufi Refah sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Münir Zeyni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Türker Tuğsavaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Afşin Cenger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Abdi Mehmet Yetener from long distance, 88 minutes into the match, got Türker Tuğsavaş's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cide SK's Gazi Dede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanju Demirci in the 89th minute of play. Cide SK played a much better game than Manavgat and deserved their victory. The Manavgat players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
