Spectators: 6485 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Okanay Canver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Behiç Çetinoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aşık Lebib hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Arif Egemen Sonalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Behiç Çetinoz came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Karsiyaka's Selçuk Tokdemir. But to his dismay, Selçuk Tokdemir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erenay Açıkalın in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erenay Açıkalın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu having to interfere. Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Sedat Eraksan in the 32nd minute. Behiç Çetinoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selçuk Tokdemir, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erenay Açıkalın in the 47th minute of play forced Karsiyaka's goalkeeper Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Japon Askeri booed when Karsiyaka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aşık Lebib didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Okanay Canver made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Karsiyaka's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Sedat Eraksan came free, but Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Erenay Açıkalın left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Japon Askeri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 60 played minutes Karsiyaka got a freekick which was hit by Salih Yağızbay. When Japon Askeri's Arif Egemen Sonalp in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Sedat Eraksan in the 83rd minute of the match. Salih Yağızbay charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salih Yağızbay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Salih Yağızbay hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okanay Canver in the 87th minute of play forced Japon Askeri's goalkeeper Behiç Çetinoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Sedat Eraksan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 98 minutes, Şerif Günden made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Karsiyaka's Kutalp Şahsuvaroğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Japon Askeri were the better team. Japon Askeri's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
