Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remco Dolfing started the match with the kick off. Alonzo Atauri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Nurettin Ceviz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warriors's supporters rose to their feet, but Nurettin Ceviz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alonzo Atauri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Baykan's goal looked a bit too open when Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu came free, but Alonzo Atauri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu in the 11th minute of play. Nurettin Ceviz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes Baykan got a freekick which was hit by Alemdar Uzbay. Nurettin Ceviz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alonzo Atauri having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Warriors's Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alonzo Atauri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Warriors's Acar Hisarcık got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alonzo Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Warriors booed when Baykan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mücahit Sidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nurettin Ceviz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Alonzo Atauri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Arcan Derman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baykan and the Warriors players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Warriors booed when Baykan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arcan Derman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lizer Pineros came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Baykan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lizer Pineros couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remco Dolfing got free with Baysal Özarkın in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the game, Remco Dolfing recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baysal Özarkın. Remco Dolfing showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Baysal Özarkın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lizer Pineros in the 37th minute of play. Lizer Pineros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Baysal Özarkın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remco Dolfing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Baysal Özarkın made a huge save. After 45 played minutes Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Tanju Sözer.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baykan's Alonzo Atauri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lizer Pineros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baysal Özarkın having to interfere. In the 64th match minute, Baykan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alemdar Uzbay to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Alonzo Atauri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ali Cengiz Güdü scored 2-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baysal Özarkın, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Alonzo Atauri however easily saved by the left post. In the 79th minute, Mücahit Sidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emrullah Eygül hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Alemdar Uzbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tanju Sözer kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 91st minute Nurettin Ceviz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Atauri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Baykan's goal looked a bit too open when Bayındır Mehmet Kadıoğlu came free, but Alonzo Atauri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mücahit Sidal's late challenge caught a Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mücahit Sidal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Baykan's Mücahit Sidal got a free kick in the 96th minute. Many of Warriors's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Warriors may have spent more time on the ball, but Baykan were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
