Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sebati Ugraş started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Artvin Belediye's Kenan Yıldırım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genco Oğuzbay in the 3rd minute of play. Semi Aksel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Bumin Tezay having to interfere. Kenan Yıldırım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genco Oğuzbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Ali Kürşat Özyuva might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atilla Bumin Tezay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Kürşat Özyuva ran back to his position shaking his head. After 16th play minutes Sebati Ugraş shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Kenan Yıldırım and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 23rd minute, Özen Aymaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenan Yıldırım took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebati Ugraş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilla Bumin Tezay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Kürşat Özyuva in the 31st minute of play. Ceyhanspor's Sebati Ugraş got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Artvin Belediye's goal looked a bit too open when Sebati Ugraş came free, but Kenan Yıldırım reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Semi Aksel lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Atilla Bumin Tezay. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Kürşat Özyuva to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Ceyhanspor got a freekick which was hit by Kaan Adsoy. Ali Kürşat Özyuva got in the 53rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Atilla Bumin Tezay handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When Ali Kürşat Özyuva came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Artvin Belediye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Kürşat Özyuva couldn't finish the play. Semi Aksel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Atilla Bumin Tezay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Semi Aksel made a precise shot to the right of Atilla Bumin Tezay. Ceyhanspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Semi Aksel succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Genco Oğuzbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenan Yıldırım having to interfere. Ceyhanspor's Tacettin Uludoğan has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Sebati Ugraş fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Genco Oğuzbay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Artvin Belediye had won after a very even match.
