Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Giray Ongay made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute, Vahdet Süvarioğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Çağrı Tümer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağrı Yürükoğlu in the 7th minute of play. Çağrı Yürükoğlu took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Çağrı Tümer. Mehmet Çağrı Tümer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Söke's Mehmet Çağrı Tümer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çağrı Yürükoğlu in the 10th minute of play. Çağrı Yürükoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Çağrı Tümer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giray Ongay in the 13th minute of play forced Söke's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Tümer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Çağrı Yürükoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Çağrı Tümer. Söke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çağrı Yürükoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Ferid Cengel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ankara Gençlik ve Spor booed when Söke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şeref Dizdar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Söke's goal looked a bit too open when Çağrı Yürükoğlu came free, but Mehmet Çağrı Tümer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Selami Öztunç came free, but Nurkan Haylaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şanver Güdeş kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. When Şanver Güdeş fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's protests and gave Şanver Güdeş a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Şanver Güdeş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Şanver Güdeş got a free kick in the 35th minute. Nurkan Haylaz made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Mehmet Emrah Afşaroğlu sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selami Öztunç in the 39th minute of play forced Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's goalkeeper Nurkan Haylaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Emrah Afşaroğlu got free with Nurkan Haylaz in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Selami Öztunç to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Söke booed when Ankara Gençlik ve Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şerif Celilay didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Taner Vahdet came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ankara Gençlik ve Spor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taner Vahdet couldn't finish the play. Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Giray Ongay got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zekeriya Orkut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taner Vahdet took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Çağrı Tümer. Mehmet Çağrı Tümer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 76 minutes, Giray Ongay made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Söke's Mehmet Çağrı Tümer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Çağrı Yürükoğlu hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ankara Gençlik ve Spor getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Çağrı Yürükoğlu hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the game, Mehmet Emrah Afşaroğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Nurkan Haylaz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mehmet Çağrı Tümer was a little too slow when Ferid Cengel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-7. Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
