Spectators: 7119 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ahmet Dursun started the match with the kick off. Gökhun Bakırcı kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Ahmet Dursun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Muhittin Tuğsav in the 8th minute of play forced Smýrni FC's goalkeeper Sabri Dino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, METAL BOW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahadır Açıkalın to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of METAL BOW booed when Smýrni FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necmettin Rezan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Smýrni FC's Sabri Dino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiğit Kayhan in the 15th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match, Ahmet Dursun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Abdurrahman Kunter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 28th minute Yiğit Kayhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Smýrni FC booed when METAL BOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yiğit Kayhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sabri Dino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhittin Tuğsav in the 36th minute of play. In the 44th minute Yiğit Kayhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Dino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Ahmet Dursun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th match minute, METAL BOW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murathan Başer to maneuver through the defense. Forest Bellamy hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Sercan Semavi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdurrahman Kunter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Akay Koryürek's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Yiğit Kayhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 played minutes METAL BOW got a freekick which was hit by Gökhun Bakırcı. Abdurrahman Kunter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Dursun went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Muhittin Tuğsav had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the METAL BOW players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Smýrni FC.
