Bünyamin Candaner's late challenge caught a Emniyettepe SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bünyamin Candaner helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Emniyettepe SK booed when ANK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bünyamin Candaner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Emniyettepe SK got a corner. ANK FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cemal İşbilir ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 61st minute, Fevzi Kandemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mustafa İzzet Alptekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fetih Rasih in the 64th minute of the match. When ANK FC's Zeynel Somer in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fetih Rasih fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa İzzet Alptekin having to interfere. Ertunç Hatim hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Anıl Okaner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ferid Habiboğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fevzi Kandemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa İzzet Alptekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fetih Rasih, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
