Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilkay Gündoğan in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Kutsi İnan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eflani SK's Saadettin Başesgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarp Atikoğlu in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Mehmet Oğuz Hececi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gedeli SK's Ahmet Kutsi İnan. Ahmet Kutsi İnan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saadettin Başesgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Suarez in the 13th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Mehmet Arif Balkoç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Başesgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acácio Kafadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ahmet Kutsi İnan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Arif Balkoç got free with Saadettin Başesgi in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Eflani SK's Saadettin Başesgi got control of the ball when Mehmet Arif Balkoç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saadettin Başesgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Suarez in the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Gedeli SK getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Mehmet Arif Balkoç hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Ilkay Gündoğan made the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes of play, Gedeli SK's Anıl Ege Erdurmus made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saadettin Başesgi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Ilkay Gündoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saadettin Başesgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Suarez in the 60th minute of play. Eflani SK's Saadettin Başesgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Suarez in the 62nd minute of play. Saadettin Başesgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Ege Erdurmus in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Luisito Suarez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saadettin Başesgi. Eflani SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisito Suarez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Saadettin Başesgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Ege Erdurmus, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Mehmet Arif Balkoç took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saadettin Başesgi. Saadettin Başesgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 86th minute Sarp Atikoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Başesgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saadettin Başesgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sarp Atikoğlu in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the Eflani SK defense, Mehmet Arif Balkoç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saadettin Başesgi. The Eflani SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saadettin Başesgi should have stopped the shot. Sarp Atikoğlu took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saadettin Başesgi. Saadettin Başesgi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gedeli SK had played much better football throughout.
