Fazıl Tezal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Başaran Akın. In the 23rd play minute Recai Garipbaş came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fazıl Tezal. 4-0. Orhan Onatsu charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orhan Onatsu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orhan Seyfi Bayraktaroğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Şenel Erzincanlı's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aytuğ Fırat firmly grabbed it by the left post. Recai Garipbaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Fazıl Tezal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BYRMGLN's Tuncer Sehriyar got a free kick in the 91st minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
