After 5 minutes of play, Aras17's Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Akçabay was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Hazım Ulukan in the 10th minute of play forced Aras17's goalkeeper Gervasio Garikoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Rik Dalman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aras17's supporters rose to their feet, but Rik Dalman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arif Akçabay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Aras17's goal looked a bit too open when Atahan Tuyan came free, but Gervasio Garikoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Bayburt SK ☪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kürşat Taşdan to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Aras17's Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Akçabay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gervasio Garikoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hazım Ulukan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aras17's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaroslaw Rydzewski was slow to take the kick. During this time Bayburt SK ☪'s players had a chance to rest. In the 36th match minute, Aras17 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç to maneuver through the defense. Nizam Ruhsat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Gervasio Garikoitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Arif Akçabay came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Aras17's Birsel Tuğsavan. But to his dismay, Birsel Tuğsavan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Bayburt SK ☪ booed when Aras17 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudi Vandewalle didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arif Akçabay was a little too slow when Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-5. Arif Akçabay made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Rik Dalman sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Birsel Tuğsavan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arif Akçabay. The goal made the score 0-6. Rik Dalman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Arif Akçabay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Aras17's Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arif Akçabay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fazlı Mahir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaroslaw Rydzewski's late challenge caught a Aras17's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaroslaw Rydzewski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Bayburt SK ☪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Rydzewski to maneuver through the defense. Arif Akçabay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazlı Mahir, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Akçabay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the game, Aras17's Rik Dalman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hazım Ulukan in the 87th minute of the match. Arif Akçabay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Aras17 played a much better game than Bayburt SK ☪ and deserved their victory. The Bayburt SK ☪ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
