The audience thought a goal was coming when Talat Yavuzay got free with Özen Ulualp in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, one of Halikarnas Futbol Kulubu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Halikarnas Futbol Kulubu. Kıvanç Evvah shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Carlos Fernando Quirino's late challenge caught a Alvera Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Halikarnas Futbol Kulubu's Carlos Fernando Quirino got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Halikarnas Futbol Kulubu's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Burdalski came free, but Bedir İpekli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boruc Burdalski made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Çimen in the 53rd minute of play forced Halikarnas Futbol Kulubu's goalkeeper Bedir İpekli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Talat Yavuzay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özen Ulualp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bumin Korgan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Bedir İpekli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Talat Yavuzay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talat Yavuzay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Özen Ulualp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dilmen Timurkan charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dilmen Timurkan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dilmen Timurkan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Okanay Yalınayak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bedir İpekli. Halikarnas Futbol Kulubu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ahmet Danış Dündaroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Alvera Spor players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
