Spectators: 7663 (Terracing: 5748, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ozan Hinoğlu got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Cara in the 4th minute of play forced GREENPEACE's goalkeeper Teodor Mihădaș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Melih Uğurata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodor Mihădaș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 minutes GREENPEACE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mansur Başel who took care of the corner kick. In the 8th match minute, GREENPEACE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özgür Turgut to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Çanakkale were awarded a corner. Mansur Başel went to the cornerflag to take it. After 18 played minutes GREENPEACE got a freekick which was hit by Turan Öğüç. Ferdi Kargin made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Turan Öğüç sent off a good shot on target. Teodor Mihădaș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Cara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gökhan Şendoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ferdi Kargin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodor Mihădaș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivón Toxeiro in the 29th minute of the match. Turan Öğüç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ozan Hinoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Ozan Hinoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodor Mihădaș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ozan Hinoğlu took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodor Mihădaș. Teodor Mihădaș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Mansur Başel fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Çanakkale's protests and gave Mansur Başel a yellow card for diving instead. Mansur Başel hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Çanakkale's Ferdi Kargin got control of the ball when Gökhan Şendoğan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The GREENPEACE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Çanakkale were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Gökhan Şendoğan made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, one of GREENPEACE:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Çanakkale a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mansur Başel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of GREENPEACE's Teodor Mihădaș. 0-2. Teodor Mihădaș was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ozan Hinoğlu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 57 minute of play. Teodor Mihădaș was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Koray Tibet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Koray Tibet really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. The supporters of Çanakkale booed when GREENPEACE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özgür Turgut didn't get a good kick on the ball. GREENPEACE's Teodor Mihădaș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save GREENPEACE from getting a goal against them. Ferdi Kargin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhan Şendoğan in the 72nd minute of play. Ozan Hinoğlu in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Teodor Mihădaș, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Turan Öğüç came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the GREENPEACE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turan Öğüç couldn't finish the play. Gökhan Şendoğan took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdi Kargin. Ferdi Kargin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 88th minute of the match, Ozan Hinoğlu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teodor Mihădaș was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gökhan Şendoğan struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Ferdi Kargin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GREENPEACE. Teodor Mihădaș made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Ozan Hinoğlu sent off a good shot on target.
