Resulhan Okatan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cafer Dağasan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdurrahim Kutlualp made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Cumali Civanbaht sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Cafer Dağasan in the 22nd minute of play forced CUMHURİYET 100 YILI's goalkeeper Resulhan Okatan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cumali Civanbaht stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Resulhan Okatan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Talone in the 52nd minute of the match. When Candar SK's Geovani Batista in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
