If Semih Hazarbeyoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Güner Uludoğan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enes Hezarfen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 27 minute of play. Not Today's Güner Uludoğan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Not Today from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute Enes Hezarfen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güner Uludoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Not Today's Leo Inautzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The Lüleburgazspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tayyar Sanih should have stopped the shot. The Not Today supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Not Today would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
