With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baran Küdüs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Görkem Sunullah hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Jerzy Marchefka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baran Küdüs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Rıza Vuralhan got control of the ball when Hazar Coşar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd minute Tekin Tuğsavan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıza Vuralhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kavaklik's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After having played for 47 minutes, Jerzy Marchefka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Marchefka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerzy Marchefka to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerzy Marchefka got free with Baran Küdüs in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Marchefka in the 55th minute of play forced Kavaklik's goalkeeper Baran Küdüs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Kavaklik's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Marchefka came free, but Baran Küdüs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR made a substitution. Tuncay Şanlı replaced Fatih Kocaman. After having played for 77 minutes, Şener Atabek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şener Atabek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baran Küdüs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şener Atabek, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Şener Atabek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baran Küdüs came out and tried to block the shot, but Şener Atabek slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kavaklik's goalkeeper Baran Küdüs, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qi Yong Yuan in the 97th minute of play forced GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's goalkeeper Rıza Vuralhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
