The Tarlabasi SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Işık Günay should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boğaçhan Tuncay made a kick off. Emran Polatkılıç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lou Mazuret, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Lou Mazuret blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emran Polatkılıç having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou Mazuret in the 52nd minute of play forced YuSuF's goalkeeper Emran Polatkılıç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
