In the 35th minute, Ademar de Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasan Ali İlksel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, Remigio Finlay notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of mesehor FC's Ulises Marquez. Ulises Marquez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the game, mesehor FC's Naim Süleymanoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hasan Ali İlksel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remigio Finlay to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Erymna's zone, Ademar de Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Ali İlksel came out of the goal and Ademar de Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulises Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Finlay in the 61st minute of play. Hasan Ali İlksel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademar de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind mesehor FC's goalkeeper Ulises Marquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When mesehor FC's Naim Süleymanoğlu in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hasan Ali İlksel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademar de Godoi in the 85th minute of the match. Remigio Finlay took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulises Marquez. Ulises Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3.
