Yılmaz Başdemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Abdi Saygın Taykut made a huge save. RED KHAGAN's Giotis Tripotseris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabri Elçioğlu in the 8th minute of play. Marciano Sol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdi Saygın Taykut having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in RED KHAGAN's zone, Feridun Vefai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giotis Tripotseris came out of the goal and Feridun Vefai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdi Saygın Taykut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marciano Sol in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feridun Vefai in the 18th minute of play forced RED KHAGAN's goalkeeper Giotis Tripotseris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RED KHAGAN's Giotis Tripotseris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feridun Vefai in the 20th minute of play. Baturay Zaim took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdi Saygın Taykut. Abdi Saygın Taykut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, RED KHAGAN's goal looked a bit too open when Rauf Özalp came free, but Giotis Tripotseris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Adil Ergümen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abdi Saygın Taykut. That made the score 2-1 in the 26 minute of play. Ozan Sidal kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Fidan SK's Feridun Vefai got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adil Ergümen took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdi Saygın Taykut. Abdi Saygın Taykut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a rather tough play, RED KHAGAN's Yılmaz Başdemir got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Fidan SK got a corner. RED KHAGAN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Özbek Yücetekin ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which İlyas Tolga Karadeniz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Adil Ergümen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Abdi Saygın Taykut made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adil Ergümen was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Sabri Elçioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fidan SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sabri Elçioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giotis Tripotseris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giotis Tripotseris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabri Elçioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Seçkin Öksüzoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giotis Tripotseris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdi Saygın Taykut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturay Zaim in the 58th minute of play. Rauf Özalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Giotis Tripotseris made a huge save. When Fidan SK's Seçkin Öksüzoğlu in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 89thth minute of the game Vecdi Başesgioğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fidan SK's Abdi Saygın Taykut was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Adil Ergümen notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Fidan SK's Abdi Saygın Taykut. Abdi Saygın Taykut was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
