Joris Scheer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Sulo Montaña came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the LOI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sulo Montaña couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, AYYILDIZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Sabri Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joris Scheer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Buturugã having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, AYYILDIZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Sabri Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabri Erdoğan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, LOI's Sulo Montaña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabri Erdoğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, AYYILDIZ's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Özbay came free, but Sabri Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabri Erdoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulo Montaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Akif Cerme kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of AYYILDIZ booed when LOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüseyin Cahit Gökdoğan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Joris Scheer could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which George Buturugã however easily saved by the left post.

In the 56th minute Özgür Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Erdoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56thth minute of the game Özgür Özbay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AYYILDIZ's Sabri Erdoğan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uluç Paksoy hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With a little luck, AYYILDIZ's Sabri Erdoğan got control of the ball when Ahmet Hamdi Ortan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Sulo Montaña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sulo Montaña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AYYILDIZ's Antonio Romino was substituted for Zeki Çelik. LOI made a substitution. Tayyip Taylan replaced Hüseyin Cahit Gökdoğan. 74 minutes into the match, AYYILDIZ's goal looked a bit too open when Sulo Montaña came free, but Sabri Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Romino in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LOI's zone, Antonio Romino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Buturugã came out of the goal and Antonio Romino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AYYILDIZ's Wolf Speed was substituted for Fabiano Perdigão. LOI made a substitution. Kerimhan Cevher replaced Sulo Montaña. In the 92nd minute, Kerimhan Cevher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulvi Gencal in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Buturugã saved LOI from getting behind. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
