Зилант Казань's Jakob Nazaradeh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiy Pakhomov in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Evsey Ivanov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernesto Paganelli was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Фиолетовая машина's Ernesto Paganelli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Зилант Казань were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Зилант Казань's Evsey Ivanov was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Emmanuil Kostochkin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Paganelli acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 97th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ruslan Veresov. The Фиолетовая машина supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Зилант Казань's performance. The match ended with a win for Зилант Казань.
