True storY's Artem Kovtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Blauberg in the 2nd minute of play. Danila Skvirskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Artem Kovtun made a huge save. Evgeniy Kolesnikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maadan Lăcătuș, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 9th minute Maadan Lăcătuș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evgeniy Kolesnikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FK Amur's Maksim Ivaschenko got a free kick in the 10th minute. Mai Li Cheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Evgeniy Kolesnikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evgeniy Kolesnikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mai Li Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Mai Li Cheng elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pavel Tihonovich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, True storY's Carmichael Cridland got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Li Cheng in the 21st minute of play forced FK Amur's goalkeeper Evgeniy Kolesnikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in True storY's zone, Danila Skvirskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artem Kovtun came out of the goal and Danila Skvirskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anton Karpinskiy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Artem Kovtun. True storY's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Artem Kovtun made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Danila Skvirskiy sent off a good shot on target. Artem Kovtun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Danila Skvirskiy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 43 minute of play. In the 46th match minute, FK Amur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danila Skvirskiy to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksim Ivaschenko in the 92nd minute of play forced True storY's goalkeeper Artem Kovtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maksim Ivaschenko took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artem Kovtun. Artem Kovtun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 95 played minutes True storY got a freekick which was hit by 张超骏. After having played for 95 minutes, Maksim Ivaschenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Amur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maksim Ivaschenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the True storY players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FK Amur.
