The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haryton Lukashevich during the 17th minute. Haryton Lukashevich took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Semen Ramashevich. Semen Ramashevich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Arkady Temirov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladislav Paplavsky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timur Alehnovich in the 33rd minute of play forced YOUNG YOUNG's goalkeeper Arkady Temirov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, YOUNG YOUNG's Nikanor Afanasev got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to MineralnyeVody FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Radislav Lisik hit a great ball. Arkady Temirov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladislav Paplavsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egor Fadeev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Radislav Lisik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkady Temirov having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, YOUNG YOUNG's goal looked a bit too open when Radislav Lisik came free, but Arkady Temirov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arkady Temirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Kavalionok in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Radislav Lisik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arkady Temirov. YOUNG YOUNG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radislav Lisik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The MineralnyeVody FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing YOUNG YOUNG to win.
