Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bakhar Magalov started the match with the kick off. Mirian Jachvadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mirian Jachvadze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Akim Bitsadze having to make a save. After 8 played minutes szzszs got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Abesadze. 13 minutes into the match, szzszs's goal looked a bit too open when Bakhar Magalov came free, but Avtandil Levidze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bichiko Gvaramadze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avtandil Levidze having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Mirian Jachvadze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the szzszs and the Medani players grew even worse after the yellow card. Akim Bitsadze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirian Jachvadze, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Avtandil Levidze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bichiko Gvaramadze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Imeda Gagnidze kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A hard shot by Merdan Kobiashvili from long distance, 36 minutes into the match, got Avtandil Levidze's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Bichiko Gvaramadze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, szzszs's Roland Pulishvili got a free kick in the 39th minute. Merdan Kobiashvili's late challenge caught a szzszs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Merdan Kobiashvili helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Medani got a freekick which was hit by Merdan Kobiashvili. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mirian Jachvadze to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Medani booed when szzszs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrey Dzotsenidze didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Medani's Merdan Kobiashvili got a free kick in the 56th minute. Andrey Dzotsenidze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Mirian Jachvadze notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Medani's Akim Bitsadze. Akim Bitsadze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd minute Bakhar Magalov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avtandil Levidze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avtandil Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bichiko Gvaramadze in the 64th minute of play. If Bakhar Magalov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avtandil Levidze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merdan Kobiashvili in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bakhar Magalov in the 82nd minute of play forced szzszs's goalkeeper Avtandil Levidze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Merdan Kobiashvili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Merdan Kobiashvili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Medani's Bakhar Magalov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Avtandil Levidze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Bichiko Gvaramadze came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Medani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bichiko Gvaramadze couldn't finish the play. Avtandil Levidze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merdan Kobiashvili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Medani's attentive Merdan Kobiashvili managed to snatch the ball when Roland Pulishvili made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. szzszs's Avtandil Levidze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bakhar Magalov in the 94th minute of play. Although Medani had been in control for most of the match, szzszs still came away with the win.
