Spectators: 10824 (Terracing: 8119, Seating: 2489, VIP seats: 216) Hani Al Hashash made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Sharjah FC's Bandar Taiban got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Bartosz Dembowski made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Gibrel Taqi sent off a good shot on target. If Yousef Al Attar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute Bandar Taiban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adnan Al Motar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salah Al Homaithe in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartosz Dembowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sharjah FC's Bartosz Dembowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salah Al Homaithe in the 17th minute of play. Adnan Al Motar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bandar Taiban, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Salah Al Homaithe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st match minute, Sharjah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaqoot Al Mosawe to maneuver through the defense. Salah Al Homaithe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 minutes, Shjae Al Sallal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sharjah FC and the SALT players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SALT booed when Sharjah FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shjae Al Sallal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hani Al Hashash in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bartosz Dembowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 35 minutes into the match, Sharjah FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hani Al Hashash came free, but Bartosz Dembowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SALT getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Hussain Shadad hit a great ball. After 41 minutes of play, Sharjah FC's Ayman Jiragh made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adnan Al Motar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of SALT booed when Sharjah FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yousef Sarkhoh didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

SALT's Adnan Al Motar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ayman Jiragh in the 56th minute of play. Bartosz Dembowski came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by SALT's Salah Al Homaithe. But to his dismay, Salah Al Homaithe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 63rd minute, Rajab Al Enzi made a precise shot to the right of Bartosz Dembowski. Sharjah FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When Wasel Al Bahar fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sharjah FC's protests and gave Wasel Al Bahar a yellow card for diving instead. Wasel Al Bahar hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Bartosz Dembowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hani Al Hashash, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gibrel Taqi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bartosz Dembowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SALT's Adnan Al Motar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save SALT from getting a goal against them. After 75 played minutes Sharjah FC got a freekick which was hit by Ayman Jiragh. In the 76th match minute, Sharjah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yaqoot Al Mosawe to maneuver through the defense. Bartosz Dembowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hani Al Hashash, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, Sharjah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eesa Mandane to maneuver through the defense. Bandar Taiban kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Adnan Al Motar was a little too slow when Yousef Sarkhoh got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 4-2. SALT's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
