In the 10th match minute, Mighty MustardMonks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wonsakon Choonama to maneuver through the defense. 江鸿誉 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kittisak Netisophakul having to interfere. Phuttaphan Meesang hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes, Mighty MustardMonks's Tanek Kochanowicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kittisak Netisophakul came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mighty MustardMonks reached it. Ban Faek's Kittisak Netisophakul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 江鸿誉 in the 16th minute of play. Thanut Tangkitladawal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Tiradet Thavornsukhavadee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kittisak Netisophakul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 江鸿誉 in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kittisak Netisophakul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Wonsakon Choonama got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mighty MustardMonks's 江鸿誉 got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Petru Bobailă was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mighty MustardMonks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ban Faek the free kick. A collision led to Mighty MustardMonks getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Petru Bobailă hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, 江鸿誉 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kittisak Netisophakul was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Mighty MustardMonks were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the Ban Faek defense, Codruț Bitang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kittisak Netisophakul. The Ban Faek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kittisak Netisophakul should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute Samuel Etoo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanadol Charoenwong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 played minutes Ban Faek got a freekick which was hit by Khwanchai Bunying. In the 65th minute, Tiradet Thavornsukhavadee fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kittisak Netisophakul, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when 江鸿誉 got free with Kittisak Netisophakul in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanut Tangkitladawal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanadol Charoenwong having to make a save. With a little luck, Ban Faek's Kittisak Netisophakul got control of the ball when 江鸿誉 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kittisak Netisophakul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiradet Thavornsukhavadee in the 86th minute of the match. Tiradet Thavornsukhavadee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 95 minutes into the game, Ban Faek's Samuel Etoo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tanadol Charoenwong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.
