Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Oka Pradnyana started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Artha Pangalila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Katon Parlindungan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oka Pradnyana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the PSI Karta defense, Oka Pradnyana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Katon Parlindungan. The PSI Karta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Katon Parlindungan should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guntur Khasali in the 8th minute of play forced Cigaling FC's goalkeeper Awang Suebu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Awang Suebu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guntur Khasali, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 30th minute, Rahmad Wuysang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry Subarkah was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. PSI Karta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Oka Pradnyana took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Katon Parlindungan. Katon Parlindungan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Katon Parlindungan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oka Pradnyana, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Romi Prastika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Katon Parlindungan having to interfere. After the first half Cigaling FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Guntur Khasali notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Cigaling FC's Awang Suebu. Awang Suebu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dadan Mulyadi hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Romi Prastika succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 59th playminute. In the 63rd minute, Guntur Khasali made a precise shot to the right of Awang Suebu. Cigaling FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Anwar Wiranata hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Oka Pradnyana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Romi Prastika was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cigaling FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSI Karta the free kick. Romi Prastika kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Husin Anggadikusumah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PSI Karta's Henry Subarkah got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Oka Pradnyana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Subarkah in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Awang Suebu saved Cigaling FC from getting behind. The supporters of PSI Karta booed when Cigaling FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anwar Wiranata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guntur Khasali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Awang Suebu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Cigaling FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cigaling FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
