In the 5th minute there was a penalty for London Colney. Leo Botham stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wong Tioe. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Chichester team's Hamir Seng got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 played minutes, London Colney's Leo Botham shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wong Tioe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in London Colney reached it. Khairil Paine hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Khairil Paine struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Todd Worrall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chichester team. If Deivid Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verne Tyrell charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Verne Tyrell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to London Colney getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Verne Tyrell hit a great ball. When Deivid Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Chichester team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deivid Pereira couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Hamir Seng notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of London Colney's Todd Worrall. Todd Worrall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Asiz Pillai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Todd Worrall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deivid Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Todd Worrall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deivid Pereira went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Wong Tioe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verne Tyrell in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Deivid Pereira made a precise shot to the right of Todd Worrall. London Colney's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Austin Keyworth made a kick off. Iskandar Tian kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Leo Botham made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Blair Baxter however managed to control. Asiz Pillai struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Todd Worrall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chichester team. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blair Baxter in the 64th minute of play forced Chichester team's goalkeeper Wong Tioe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asiz Pillai scored 4-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Todd Worrall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the game, Danny Skinner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 77th minute, Asiz Pillai made a precise shot to the right of Todd Worrall. London Colney's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After 84 played minutes London Colney got a freekick which was hit by Verne Tyrell. 86 minutes into the game, Chichester team's Deivid Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Todd Worrall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joshua Sinclair got free with Wong Tioe in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, Chichester team's goalkeeper Wong Tioe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Verne Tyrell. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deivid Pereira in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Todd Worrall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. London Colney's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Chichester team had won, even though London Colney had held more of the ball.
