Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 170) In the 6thth minute of the game Zak Chong who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dartsmouth United's Khai Dhanabalan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 10 played minutes Singapur FC got a freekick which was hit by Sajeev Braddell. Shahron Teo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Haziq Hee sent off a good shot on target. Ronn Hoe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shahron Teo having to interfere. The Singapur FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Singapur FC's Zak Chong looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zak Chong scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Khai Dhanabalan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th match minute, Dartsmouth United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alam Liang to maneuver through the defense. Khai Dhanabalan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zak Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Haziq Hee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Shahron Teo made a huge save. Singapur FC's Shahron Teo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Singapur FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Dartsmouth United's zone, Zak Chong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khai Dhanabalan came out of the goal and Zak Chong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Zak Chong came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Singapur FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zak Chong couldn't finish the play. If Zak Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronn Hoe was the one to do the kick off. Shahron Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zak Yi-Sheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Alex Soon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Singapur FC's Amirul Hian tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Haziq Hee hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Shahron Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronn Hoe in the 59th minute of play. Haziq Hee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shahron Teo having to interfere. Zak Chong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Dartsmouth United's goalkeeper Khai Dhanabalan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zak Chong. Haziq Hee charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haziq Hee the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dartsmouth United's Haziq Hee got a free kick in the 67th minute. 73 minutes into the game, Singapur FC's Zak Chong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khai Dhanabalan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Shahron Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Hian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Khai Dhanabalan managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Singapur FC's Zak Chong fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zak Chong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Khai Dhanabalan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Zak Chong recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Khai Dhanabalan. Zak Chong showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 87th minute, Singapur FC's Zak Chong dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Sajeev Braddell charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sajeev Braddell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Singapur FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! In the 96th minute, Singapur FC's Rifki Dhanabalan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6.
