Zafran Chuan took the corner. Afiz Teo came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United's Azly Devan. But to his dismay, Azly Devan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Ryan Seng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afiz Teo was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Manchester United were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Redbourn AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amir Chandran took the corner. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Flavio Palmisano got a free kick in the 31st minute. Didi Teo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Azly Devan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gara Siang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afiz Teo having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ryan Seng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afiz Teo was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After 38 minutes, Ryan Seng made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Leguizamón to maneuver through the defense. Afiz Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azly Devan in the 45th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Afiz Phua in the 47th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After the first half Manchester United were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Hidayat Peng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Ryan Seng notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo. Afiz Teo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Farhan Ching fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afiz Ning having to interfere. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Seng in the 64th minute of play. Afiz Teo came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United's Ryan Seng. But to his dismay, Ryan Seng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Redbourn AFC from getting a goal against them. Afiz Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amir Chandran in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryan Seng in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afiz Teo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryan Seng in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afiz Teo saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Victor Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Ning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afiz Ning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Chan in the 88th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 90 minutes into the game, when Shafiq Chien-Kwan put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Redbourn AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Manchester United:s goal. Afiz Teo had in the 91stth minute some difficulties stopping Ryan Seng's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ryan Seng who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Afiz Teo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Didi Soon hit a great ball. The Manchester United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Manchester United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
