After 81 minutes, Steve Ginting mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciateul and the Avengers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Avengers FC booed when Ciateul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Ginting didn't get a good kick on the ball. Avengers FC's Ichwan Perangin-angin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 89 minutes, Mahadi Idris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avengers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mahadi Idris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lelo Chaniago took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jatuh Kaban. Ciateul's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Avengers FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
